While I was thoroughly entertained by this and it kept me guessing til the end, immediately lower rating because its a cop-out to build a thriller and only add supernatural elements in the last hour. While it's obvious Pinborough always intended to have these elements and wasnt using them because she didn't have an end, as a reader trying to solve the puzzle it feels unfair.

I loved how everything written in this book blended well (the story, the writing, the characters, the "twist"). Overall, Insomnia is a really good read but I wasn't really impressed by the "shocking twist" because I already guessed it at a point lol.
That epilogue? Really nice!
