i love this book, i really do. But if it had come out like 3 years later then it did, I think he would've made them date. It literally sets up the perfect segway into that, but oh well, I digress.

One of my favorite series ever, The School for Good and Evil, while written for younger readers, is good for any age. It's got a super interesting concept, a fun setting, and compelling characters. Sophie and Agatha are amazing main characters, and you'll be so invested in their relationship. Honestly, the only thing keeping this from the YA category is the absence of cursing and makeout scenes.
