Solid story. A very good place to start for teen readers wanting to get into thrillers. Solidly YA (in writing style and content, 13-15yrs I would say is best) but not lacking in darker content and thrill. While not the most twisty mystery, there were still twists and the tension was pretty consistent

4.5 because it was an enjoyable read and I was able to finish it in a few days with ease. One qualm I had is that Pip and Ravi's relationship kind of came out of nowhere.

"I don't know who I am when I'm not working" -- relatable lol

I can't believe how much I enjoyed this YA book! I usually stay away from YA fiction but this was well done. I loved Pip as a protagonist, the pacing was good, and the twists kept things interesting and fresh! I look forward to reading the sequel
