It was just too slow paced for me. I listened to the audiobook on 1.5x and then 2x speed throughout, which is probably the only reason I actually finished this is a normal amount of time. (Definitely recommend the audiobook over trying to physically read this.) I really do appreciate all of the thought & effort that went into researching & writing about the victims lives, but it became super repetitive because unfortunately, a lot of these women came from similar backgrounds. The last five chapters, when they finally catch & try him were when I couldn't put it down.
Graphic: Murder, Sexism, Sexual assault, and Sexual violence
