Again with the bangers dude, I really did almost quit right in the middle because it was just a little annoying but oh boy did it pull my ass right in! 2/2 on this series of 5 stars!

I finished this book during my 9-hour flight. It gave me a lot of emotions, especially near the end. I tried to keep my emotions bottled in so my seatmate didn't think I was weird.
I like this book, but I like the first book better. The love triangle wasn't necessary, but for conflict purposes, it worked well for a bit. It's still action-packed, and there were some losses that made me sad. There are also significant character developments, so I'm satisfied even though it ended with a cliffhanger.

I enjoyed the writing style, but it took over 50% of the book for the action to start. In the end, I enjoyed this book. If you dive into this book, maybe knowing it ends with a cliff hanger and that the purpose of this book is to set up the next book, you might enjoy it more. Can’t wait for the next book because I need answers.
