I definitely recommend it to fellow Loki fans.
It really shows Loki's struggles and paves the way to the events of the movies.
It depicts Loki as the ambiguous character he is. Not a villain at heart, but struggling to find his own identity in a universe (or rather multiverse?) where everyone seems to have written his story for him already.
Loved the queer representation, though it was subtle. Or maybe BECAUSE it was integrated so naturally.
Some might critisize the portrayal of Thor, but I deemed it fitting, when keeping in mind that Thor is also young here and not yet the hero he will grow into one day.
The plot was a tad predictable, but nevertheless enjoyable to read, with the right mixture of humour, emotion and adventure.
Really made me want to give Loki a hug. Multiple hugs.
