Sydney Shaw has had nothing but bad luck dating in New York—until she meets the perfect man: charming, handsome, and a doctor. But when a string of women are murdered by someone they were dating, Sydney begins to suspect her dream guy might be hiding something deadly. Someone is watching her... and she might be next.

This was good! I listened to the audio and didn’t want to stop. I guessed some of the plot twists but still enjoyed it and wanted to know what would happen next. The men in this book were super creepy and uncomfortable, and I felt a couple of things were kind of disjointed, but overall I enjoyed this and would recommend it for a fast paced thriller!

This is my 4th Freida McFadden book, and I had high hopes for it, considering the previous three were 5-star reads for me. Unfortunately, it fell a little flat. It just felt underwhelming. It didn't really surprise me that much, the ending wasn't really satisfying, and the FMC was annoyingly dumb and obtuse at times. It was necessarily bad, it just wasn't what I've come to expect from Freida McFadden.

Definitely didn’t see that coming. The twist is absolutely diabolical. All the male characters are creepy as shit — it really could’ve been anyone. This book kept me enthralled. I finished it in 24 hours. Plot is pretty realistic as well which I appreciate in a thriller.
