God the main character Sydney is painfully dumb and so desperate for love she ignored blant red flags and warning signs.

Her mother needs to get a life constantly ringing her pressuring her to have kids when she isnt even in a relationship- what?

The twist is good, I don't think anyone could have seen it coming, but not the best FMF book.

I wasn't sure if I'd like books in the mystery genre, but this book might've changed my mind.
The ending was unexpected for me and the story was super gripping.

Definitely didn’t see that coming. The twist is absolutely diabolical. All the male characters are creepy as shit — it really could’ve been anyone. This book kept me enthralled. I finished it in 24 hours. Plot is pretty realistic as well which I appreciate in a thriller.

Not quite worthy of 4 stars for me bc I can't help but heavily base my review on the ANNOYING voice actor/narrator for Tom's character! I couldn't wait to get through each of his flashback chapters bc Tom was so sarcastic-sounding. This voice actor should only be taking gigs for talking animal characters like the dog from the Pixar film, Up lol

Anyways, I can tell that the author made Sydney's character super relatable on purpose, with her dating life struggles and friend group dynamic. Sydney is pretty intuitive with the stuff happening around her but then it made her paranoid. I enjoyed how each of the suspected characters had a well-built personality (and weird obsessions/traits) and ofc the ending was a huge twistttt. I can't decide if I liked what happened with Tom and Daisy...

This plot reminded me to TRUST
