Evalle Kincaid is an alterant…one part belador and one part unknown series. Evalle hopes to learn all she can about her past and who she really is.

Two years ago, Evalle found herself a prisoner along with two male beladors by the names of Quinn and Tzader. A rogue belador is running loose. Luckily, Evalle, Quinn and Tzader all barely escaped.

Evalle, Quinn and Tzader work for Vigilante International Protectors Elite Regiment aka VIPER. Recently, a human was attacked by a cresyl demon. Evalle is trying to stop the demon before he can attack another human. Evalle confronts the demon and the demon blames Evalle for being the one responsible for attacking the human. Evalle quickly goes under suspicion, especially when it seems that an alternant was involved with the murder of the human. With no witnesses, it is up to Evalle to prove her innocence before it is too late. Evalle receives some help from Quinn and Tzader.

Blood Trinity is book one in the Belador series. A brand new series from authors, Sherrilyn Kenyon and Dianna Love. I have only read a few joint books by these authors and liked them, so I decided that this new series was worth checking out. So glad that I did. Right from the first chapter, I was hooked. There was so much action taking place. I really got into the characters…Evalle, Quinn and Tzader. All three of the characters worked well with each other.

Blood Trinity is the beginning of a beautiful friendship between me and the Belador series. I can’t wait to read book two. It promises to be really good. Fans of urban fantasy will be in heaven over this new series from authors Sherrilyn Kenyon and Dianna Love. Blood Trinity is a guilty temptation!

I try not to compare Sherrilyn's other series to her impeccable Dark-Hunter/Dream-Hunter series, because obviously all of her series's are COMPLETELY different with a collection of characters that I rather enjoy very much. As much I enjoyed Evalle, I honestly didn't enjoy this book all that much. It was a bit mediocre, and I found myself craving the action and intensity that I know she can bring, and has brought to the table. I started reading this book back in December 2010 and only just finished it today (March 23, 2011). It's never taken me this long to read a book with her name on it, and I'm rather disappointed to even admit that, because I really wanted to like this book (and continue with the series; and maybe I will, eventually), but I was just barely able to get through it, let alone force the motivation to finish it.

I love everything Sherrilyn Kenyon writes. They are always witty, fun, suspenseful, and the men are generally pretty tempting. She's always a five star read.

I loved this book. Evalle is amazing. I love her to death. I love her friends Quinn and Tzader so much also. I didn't like how she felt like she had to work so hard to fit in. She can be unique if she wants to. I thought that it was interesting that she was an Alterant but never has shifted. I hate how she got set up. I definitely think that she will have problems in the future and end up having to go on some dangerous mission to get the stone back. 10 stars definitely.

There's already a love tri-(quad?)-angle from the get go. Who will Evalle end up with?

I know I'll read the entire series. I'm just on the fence to how much I'll end up liking it yet.

I absolutely adore Feenix . . . dammit ;)

Very nice book, again with a very strong female heroine, she can fight, and take care of herself.
Very different mythology, as well as different paranormality than what I'm used to.
I really liked it, and hope there will be more Belador books.

I wanted to get into this book but it is just to much like every single other book like it I have read. I needed something to make it stand apart and I just couldn't find it.
