WHOO BOY
Oh that was spooky, that was gruesome, and I'm so intrigued to know more. Oh, that was fun.

Pretty good first issue and set up. Something is (indeed) killing the children, in quite gory but tasteful ways.

Solid start to another sci-fi YA graphic novel. I've just used all of my Hoopla credits to download several more issues of this series.

One of the best #1's I've ever read. Bought it three times now and I don't do that.

Very interesting book. I'm eager to read the rest of the series. Erica is a very interesting character shrouded in mystery. James is a boy desperate to save his town, and I'm curious to see how he develops through the books. The art is well done, though in the beginning I got the boys confused and by the end I still got two of the adult males confused.

Definitely recommend to anyone who likes spooky things.

I was given a digital ARC through NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.

2023 - 365 Days of Horror

Day 150: It’s Tynion so that alone rates a four ⭐️. I like, though, how this is still listed as a “limited series” when issue 30 was just published. Don’t know why I waited so long to start it but I’ll at least finish the first arc/trade this week.
