I got this comic for free from Top Cow in my latest order from them, and I really wanted to like it!
While i loved the art style, the story in itself didn't do anything for me. I was bored before I was halfway through, I'm sorry to say. The only reason I can think of to want to read on, is Roisia's story arc, that seemed interesting, bu the rest of it was kind of a mess. There was all in all too much going on in too few pages, and that's not a good way to start a story.

This book has a lot of potential with character and world building. I was intrigued with the brother-sister relationship dynamic.

i should’ve liked this, because creatures. that’s like,,, my THING.
but gods the story was just this sloppy incoherent jumble of things that could’ve maybe worked if put into some semblance of order but was gonna read like a tv tropes page no matter what
