This was a super weird book and I didn’t really like the way it was written. It was super confusing throughout and was all over the place at times which made it hard to follow.

Shit sandwich. Good concept explained in the start, 150 boring pages of bad prose (bored of Ford chat), interesting debate on ethics of the world + striking use of showing vs telling with the suicide on the final page.

read this straight after finishing 1984, such a dichotomy.
at times amazing and at times awful.
'ending is better than mending' felt way too real so I immediately learned how to darn my socks!

Incredibly disturbing (especially soon after reading Slaughterhouse Five). I need something light and fluffy now...
