Rin is not a good guy and I loved that. She was not always thinking of the moral consequences. I feel like we saw all that Rin was capable of in this conclusion. However, I will say that this is not my favorite book out of the series. There were some things that I felt was left unfinished. Like what was the whole point of reviving the trifecta just for them to be killed 5 minutes later. And that ending was so rushed in my opinion. you're really telling me that after all that she decided to just kill herself? I would like to read Nezha's POV to gain some new perspective. However, I do enjoy the way Kuang reminds you that war is not just about winning or losing but of the way the civilians and the land are affected in the long run. I feel that she could have continued on with the series.
