Gods, every time I reread this one I remember Harvey's Heroes and

how much I hate that son of a bitch Major Harvey OH MY GOD. And then I remember what happens next and I get sad.

tak jak pierwszą częścią byłam oczarowana, tak tutaj coś poszło nie tak w mojej relacji z nią. nie uważam, że spotkał ją syndrom drugiego tomu, bo poziomem dorównywała pierwszej - bardziej tu chodzi chyba o moje upodobania? i myślę, że to chyba po prostu seria nie dla mnie.

bohaterowie dosyć kompleksowo zbudowani, ale nadal niestety irytujący + w tej części zauważyłam, że częściej mnie łapało zażenowanie. natomiast jeśli chodzi o akcję to w pewnym momencie trochę mnie nudziła - ostatnie 30 stron przekartkowałam, żeby tylko zobaczyć jak to się dalej rozegrało.

czy dokończę tę serię? szczerze, nie wiem. czy polecam? mimo wszystko tak, bo jest całkiem spoko.

DNF a bit over a hundred pages. I wasn't loving it, but it was fine until they met up with the other camp and shit got annoying. The really obnoxious sexism and the characters just kind of taking it bothered me? I'm sure it would've gotten better but I just wasn't feeling it.
