The MMC in this one respected the FMC more than I'm used to in mafia romance, earning it another .25 stars than normal! And it didn't drag and the FMC didn't make stupid decision after stupid decision so all in all a win!

This book was a very stereotypical mafia romance book meaning possessive, brutal mmc meets innocent fmc and has to have her, and surprise surprise! Falls in love and softens up for her. So clearly, I read it all in one sitting. It was an emotional read since Tori goes through so much, but it was sexy at times and fast paced enough to keep my attention. I wish Tori and Angelo both had more personality and they had spent more time getting to know each other outside of the home, but it was still a satisfying read.

Oh I love this book 😍😍😍 I’ve always wanted to read it and here it is. I was in a mafia mood and I remembered this book. The book is so good 😊 I love Angelo. At first he’s bossy, dangerous, ultra protective and hyper possessive but the more you read the book, the more you just fall in love with him 🤭🤭

He treats Vittoria like the apple of his eyes and takes the time to listen to her, to put her at ease, to make her smile and happy. He doesn’t force things on her; on the contrary, he gives her everything and the time she needs to trust him gradually 🥹🥹

The love he has for her is priceless 😭😭😭 I read the whole book in 3h and I couldn’t stop; it was so good and easy to read and fast paced. Good amount of spice (🌶️🌶️/5) and be careful though ⚠️ some violent scenes are described ⚠️ other than that this book is soo good
