Loved everything about this book! I typically go into books blind, so I knew nothing about the plot for this story. Within the first few pages, I was hooked. Cosby is a master at creating characters that feel unique and stories that keep you guessing the entire way through. 

Excited to continue to read more of Cosby‘s work!

Blacktop Wasteland is a pretty good read, though it didn't quite hit the mark for me. The pacing is solid, and Cosby's strengths are evident in the characters, dialogue, and action sequences. However, I found it difficult to fully invest in the main character. While the book maintains a good rhythm and showcases strong writing in several areas, it ultimately left me wanting a deeper connection with the protagonist.

Another banger from S.A Cosby. This was probably my least favorite of his, just due to the slower pacing compared to his other novels. HOW FREAKING EVER. It still slapped big time. His books are thrilling, gritty and poetic. No one is doing it like him.
