About as action packed & 'hold on to the edge of your seat' ish as they come. But at the same time, an in depth exploration (and hopeful view from the outside looking in) of a man trying to outrun following in his father's path being pulled in every direction but the one he wants to drive toward. Thrilling every step of the way.

This was hilarious. And heart-breaking. And brutal. And my first fiction heist novel! The narrator for this audiobook was incredible. All the accents and voices were amazing. Wished for a little tiny something more from the ending but I understand the choice and respect it deeply. Also, that title? Damn what a good book.

Side note: excessive dialogue tags are my pet peeve
