I started this book with high expectations. It took me awhile to get into this book and to finish. Mom suffers from mental illness, dad is the district attorney. What two best friends see while running through the tunnels below the city is something they both won’t forget. Girls start to disappear and come up dead. Is what they saw have something to do with it and was it the sheriffs basement? I rated it 3 stars as it just couldn’t keep my interest. Overall it wasn’t a complete wash. There are some surprises in the book that I wouldn’t have guessed.
