Each chapter switches between different perspectives, and there are many POVs that the reader is shown. It’s awfully overwhelming the amount of perspectives and made understanding the book a more difficult task than what I thought was necessary.
Anyways, regarding the plot and content of the book, like many reviewers have said, it’s a very well thought out plot and the author does a splendid job of portraying the difficulties and triumphs that a branch of government may encounter when trying to avoid the disastrous trajectory of global warming.
