Got this as a gift so gave it a second shot. The FMC was insufferable the whole way through. I put the book down after chapter 4 a few months ago but picked it up again to see what the hype was about. The relationships that blossomed were cringe. The dialogue was abysmal. This book is probably 90% “what am I gonna do about this f*ckboy” and girl just needed to grow up! The entire book they’re building up to a secret that is barely revealed in the last 5 pages. From the descriptions and reviews I didn’t really know what to expect but it definitely wasn’t graphic smut and gaslighting men. I wish I didn’t waste my time with this book.

I was not expecting anything and this book gave me everything.
One of the best erotic chapter I’ve ever read (the float). Plots that I did not see coming. Everything feeling is well written. 
And the cliffhanger…

The main character is annoyingly naive, needy and ignorant, yet somehow irresistable-at-first-glance to the mysterious bad boys in town. 

Not very convincing and the plot needed a lot more oomph, but I liked the Robin Hood vibes and the smut was decent.

trilogie? nein, danke 😊 
dieses eine buch hat gereicht, ich will nichts mehr mit diesen figuren zu tun haben. cecelia, dominic und sean waren  so zweidimensional, dass es mich echt geschmerzt hat. 

die story an sich hatte eine interessante und sogar wirklich spannende grundlage, die dann aber leider schrecklich schwach ausgearbeitet wurde.
cecelia ist sehr naiv und führt sich teilweise so peinlich vor der ganzen „raben-gang“ auf, ich habe so viel second-hand embarrassment gespürt. 

am 27. juli habe ich bei 80% des buches in meine notizen geschrieben:

ich will das buch einfach nur noch verbrennen…

sean ist mittlerweile nur noch am gaslight, gatekeep, girlbossing

dominic ist nicht besser 

cecelia… ich kann nicht mehr mit ihrem „ich bin eigentlich nicht so eine“ DOCH GENAU SO EINE BISTE!!!!

Okay the only thing I remember ab this book is she worked at a factory and when she turned 19 she explored relationships 😀 in a more intimate connection. These fellas kept big secret and now she is probs gonna die. The smut was nice the book just felt drawn out😊 👍🏼

It was a pretty good book but not as amazing as I had heard. Still I really liked the characters and the plot is really gripping. I can't wait to find out what happens in the following books. The audiobook narrators did a really great job. One of the best audioboks I've come across!
