Lil bit spicy, but not as much as it had hyped up to be. Felt a bit flat at times and the protagonist is a bit annoying. However, the plot has me slightly intrigued and it was definitely left on a cliff hanger.

I felt that this books was well written. I liked the MC's and their personalities. At first I was very frustrated with Dom, but then as things unfolded and the plot moved forward, I realized that he was actually one of my favorite characters. I like how broody, dark, and mysterious Dom is, how he's hard to get to know, but loves intensely. I like how light, happy and positive Sean is, how he pulls the FMC forward to get her to enjoy her time and life with ease and no worries. I felt that they were the perfect match and opposite to each other, especially when paired against the FMC.
I felt that the book moved a little slow, things were very secretive for the plot and details, leaving the reader in the dark until the end of the book going into book 2. I felt that this was a little frustrating as I wanted the information now, but overall it kept me reading and made me pick up book 2 immediately. I felt the smut in this book was great, it was descriptive and felt more organic and flowed.
I felt that the smut in chapter 25 was great, as I wanted the FMC to be with both MMC's and I loved how they all came together so perfectly.
I can't wait to see where book 2 takes me.

The MMCs are insufferable, abusive assholes. Sean gives off very "I am 14 and this is deep." I tried to keep going for that sweet, sweet spice but I just couldn't.

I kept putting off picking this book up because there was just so much surrounding this series that I didn't think it could live up to all of the hype, but I was wrong. This first book felt like a summertime romance between these kids who are falling in love for the first time, and it was such an addictive read. But the cliffhanger! The things crashed and burned and then just ended! So I immediately need to pick up the next book and see how that one goes!

Mysterious. Spicy. Sweet. I liked this little coming of age non-traditional romance book. Can’t wait to start book two because the end of this one was a crazy cliffhanger. I love both the male protagonists, even though I know I shouldn’t.

I loved this book! While there is a ton of spice I wasn’t expecting, I loved the story behind it along with the characters. No matter how toxic 😂 immediately started the second one as soon as I finished the first! Read it, you won’t regret it. Also, the audio is 🤌🏻
