This book totally took be by surprise. It was in my audible recommendations and I am so glad I took a chance on it. I wish the others in the series were also on audible. I was in a bit of a book slump and this book got me out of it. Just what I needed a nice long love story. I love how the couple met, so many ups and downs and drama. I loved how they worked through the drama.
There was only one small issue, I wasn’t a huge fan of the female narrator. I was able to get through the book but I think someone else could have added more depth and emotion to the reading.
Loved the book and can’t wait to check out the other books in this series and by this author.

Cute story. A little bit long winded and lacked a bit of focus in some parts. I'm not sure if i'll be reading the sequel but its not a definitive no at this point.

Wow!!! This book slowly drew me in and I absolutely could not put it down. It is hard to describe how great the character development is with this book and it is rare to find an author who can lay down all the details so well that you feel every emotion. This was nearly perfect and I was surprised how quickly I fell in love with Fatima and Jaren's story. This book has everything you want in a love story!
