Chaotic and funny, like all Amy Poeppel books. I loved the setting and grew to love all of the characters (except you, Felicity) and found myself laughing out loud at the insanity of it all. It definitely took a while to get going, but I'm glad I trusted the process and hung in there long enough to enjoy this book. Perfect poolside summer read!

If you are searching for a light read that isn't romance, Amy Poeppel's books make a great pick! Similar to Poeppel's other books, The Sweet Spot features an ensemble with relationships intertwining between most of the characters. In The Sweet Spot, Melinda seeks revenge on her ex-husband and sets off a series of events in which a group of newfound acquaintances ending up caring for an infant. Read if you enjoy: humor, Greenwich Village, light reads

I really liked this book actually... it was a fun read, and it wasn't super predictable/surprised me at a lot of the plot. I would recommend this to any friends.
