My coworkers have started to hate this book because I came in everyday after reading a bit of it with fun (and not so fun) facts about the body. But regardless of what they think, I really enjoyed the book

Bryson does an incredible job of highlighting the most interesting aspects of the human race, even for people with no prior knowledge. Great way to learn some fun facts, not so great if you're scared of flying. Does take a while to read - maybe just pick out the chapters you are most interested in to start with.
Minor: Sexual content and Death
