The book is primarily focused on trying to be mysterious about a plot point that is pretty obviously given away by the title of the book. As a result I found the book a little annoying, but am somehow still curious about the characters next steps. I wish they just cut all the extra fluff and combined the trilogy into one book.

Okay, so having reading the reviews not a lot of them are positive, let me just put it straight out there. IF YOU DO NOT LIKE TWILIGHT YOU WILL NOT ENJOY THIS BOOK! It is as simple as that, for me Twilight is, as I like to call it, 'my guilty pleasure' and I simply thought that this book, and the story line of this book was feeding into my thirst for typical romantic books. Now that this is cleared up, I shall begin -

"What if the person you were meant to be with could never be yours?" - this has got to literally be one of the saddest quotes I have ever heard! But it is literally one of the first feelings whilst reading this book, you wonder, if you was to be in Lucinda's shoes would you ever be able to love someone that was a mysterious as Daniel Grigori. Although, what made me want to read the book the most was the book cover, I have never seen a book cover that looked so beautiful yet depressing, it didn't matter. I loved the plot behind the story (the written techniques could have been better) but I am not complaining.

I cannot wait for the film and watch as the book comes to life with my beautiful Jeremy Irvine as Daniel.
