Rubin is happy. She has a great family and a great career, but she thinks that she should be happier and more appreciative of what she already has. She decides on changing little things in every day life because little things make a difference. She does that by focusing on one aspect of her life every month using a resolution chart:

While I only liked few of the chapters, I liked the idea of focusing on one aspect of your life every month where you try to do little incremental changes. The book was a delightful read.

Really enjoyed, especially reading a month at a time - as the chapters are written.

I enjoyed hearing about some of Rubin's projects and I even checked out her blog, but by the end I was ready to be done. I liked Rubin's honesty, but the lists of failures hardly seemed balanced against her stories of success.

I would describe my life as very happy. Could I be happier? According to this book I can. This is a fun book that may inspire me to keep a gratitude journal. Filled with easy little tips to map your life happier. The author is honest and real. A good read.

I might actually give it a go and work on my resolutions. I can relate to some of the chapters especially about work and hobbies and relationships.
