America is a pick me girl.

These books are so fun and easy to read - I demolished this in one sitting.

The stakes are a lot higher in The Elite and the rebellion outside the palace is getting worse. I'm enjoying how we're slowly being fed more information about the true history of the country and how that's linking in to the rebellion.

Of course my favourite part is the romance - I am obsessed with Maxon and America even if some of Maxon's choices in this book are questionable. However, the back and forth between them is a bit annoying and i wish they would just communicate!! It would solve so many problems. Still not a big fan of Aspen either.

Another one quick read. Now I have to wait for the next one. I can't say that I love any of the characters a whole lot. The story for some reason just is fun. Super easy read, won't change your life but will entertain. Recommend.

In simple terms, this book sucked.
Whereas the first book seemed like a Hunger Games and Cinderella combo, this seemed like an endless loop of Matched.
It was absolutely pointless. I felt as if the author wrote this book simply to add pages to her series.
In this book the main character had to decide between the two love interests, and there were rebel attacks in between each moment of her stupidity. That's it.
That being said, I have a feeling that this story line could get much better. I believe that the rest of the series will be good now that the main character has come to her decision, and that the next books will not be a repeat of the exact same thought as this book was.
Wish me good luck!

The king sucks so bad…

I want America to choose and stop being so flippy floppy! But that's not going to happen until the next book sooo I'll just have to deal.
