The Book You Want Everyone You Love To Read so a non-fiction book by a psychologist and its basically just about relationships and how we act in relationships and if you're feeling this way it can often be because of this how we love how we argue how we change how we find contentment there's like a bunch of different chapters and basically it's like people writing into this psychologist or therapist and then her kind of response to whatever letter and I ended up giving it 3 stars because it felt like it was very much a blanket approach to a lot of different topics I feel like there's a lot of topics written about in this book and whilst that's good I feel like it kind of touched on a lot but nothing like in depth thoroughly. I feel like most of the things in this I kind of already knew some of them were really good to reiterate or just worded in a way that made me think differently about certain situations but I do just think that I've read other books in the past that have similar topics and are laid out similar that were just done a little bit better but there was definitely sections that I highlighted and that I enjoyed and that were just more so good reminders about things

I enjoyed some of the topics but I felt like alot of the book was dragged out as it didn’t relate to me. Interesting use of case studies.

hmmm. i'm not sure about some of these lessons but icl the agony aunt stories were very very interesting
