Scottie Price & Wilder Wells.
We’ll call me surprised! I did not expect this book to be so emotional. I knew it was going to be funny, but I cried at several points in the book. Wilder was such a good, caring man. I love the Soda Tracking app he invented. I wish it was real! The camp was hilarious and touching at the same time. Wilder’s thirst for life and willingness to be spontaneous and adventurous was so fun. He was able to draw out Scottie. Sanders the therapist was quite the character and very funny. There were many laugh out loud moments. Gotta love a book that makes you both laugh and cry. My first Meghan Quinn book and I’m a fan.

I had a great time all together with this story. I will say the beginning was a little hard to get into, mainly cause the cringy things Scottie kept doing was giving me second hand embarrassment. Wilder felt really young at first, but as the story progressed it became clear that there were things holding him back. Both Scottie and Wilder needed to heal from their pasts and weirdly enough an intense marriage summer camp was just the thing to get them headed in the right direction. It had the fake dating/marriage and one bed trope, which I’ve discovered I really enjoy. The steamy scenes were amazing, Scottie finally got off and started discovering her Wild(er) side along with it. I was worried about the third act breakup but this one didn’t last too long which was nice as I was ready for the HEA.
