While the book has a wonderful purpose and is a good introductory book, the writing style was not for me personally.

A stimulating and really heartfelt look into what it means to be gender nonconforming and trans. I think my favourite line from this was probably, "ladies, gentlemen, and those lucky enough to transcend the gender binary". As Travis says, trans people are a gift.

I don’t like to rate memoirs, but I’ll leave a “review” saying that this book was beautifully written. Travis’ depiction of their life and nonbinary identity was honest and raw. I loved it and can’t wait to consume more of their work.
