I wish I could’ve heard Sojourner Truth speaking live because I’m certain that live delivery of her words would’ve made them even better. She seemed to be such a character, really witty and still sharing an important message.
Whenever I read older texts about feminism and equal rights I’m always surprised at how, unfortunately, much of it is still in some ways relevant.

Sojourner Truth's words are so powerful and ring so true. I imagine hearing her speak live would have been awe-inspiring.
