It's been 5 years since I listened to the first book and 4 years since I listened to the second book. It's been so long that I had to read a recap on both of them just to get an idea of what happened. And the recaps were written by none other than the wonderful Maggie Stiefvater, so they were awesome and hilarious.
There's two reasons why I'm listening to this now - 1. My book club are reading the first book and 2. I was finally able to get the audio book. I hate physically reading a book in a series when I've listened to the others, it just doesn't feel the same. So here we go...
Onto the book... WOW! I don't know how I only rated the first two books with 3 stars because this was incredible. The writing is so beautiful and sent me off into this dream that I never wanted to leave.
I also forgot how wonderful all the characters were, and how connected you feel to them all. I have to admit that now I've finished, I feel like this was a filler book and we have to wait for the last book to get all the good stuff. But in saying this it was still amazing!
I'm really looking forward to reading the last book now. And then once I've finished maybe I should go back to the start to remind myself what happened in the beginning.

Sigo pensando que a veces es demasiado ida de olla pero… EHHHH ESE FINAL, HOLA?
Also, si hay algo que me guste más que Ronan, es Adam y Ronan juntos <3

I don’t really have much to say because I’ve said similar things in my reviews of the previous books, like how amazing the writing style is, how each character feels like a real person who is alive somewhere on the other side of the world, and how there is nothing boring about the story even though it’s not very fast-paced.
Blue Lily, Lily Blue is just as magical and enthralling as The Raven Boys and The Dream Thieves, if not more. It has an amazing plot, some of the best characters ever and I cannot wait to read the next one. Maggie Stiefvater is definitely a VERY talented author and this series makes her an auto-buy author for me.
