That was intense
DNF. I had a hard time connecting with this story. I made it to 31% when she leaves with the baby after he hit for the first time. With the insistance that she doesn’t want to be like her mother and aunt, I was really hoping that Iris decided on an abortion. It is extremely clear that Caleb got her pregnant on purpose in order to control her."
this was one of the hardest books I’ve ever read but also one of the most important ones to read.
