I was looking for an easy, lighthearted read and you definitely get that with this book. The book deals with the main character experiencing some major obstacles caused by class and money (and lack of it) that is totally relatable and true to life. However, these issues lead to the main character, Julie, behaving in pretty immature ways. I also didn't think the foundation for Bennet and Julie's relationship really established them falling for each other. They just did because they should in this kind of book. I did greatly enjoy the descriptions of the food.
