it’s a really powerful emotional book. i loved it but it had a pregnancy plot which i really hate pregnancy plots. but it was a really amazing book.

I was really surprised by this book.  With all the hype from the movie coming out, I wanted to read it less and less.  But, I really enjoyed it.  I loved Lilly!  She was such an endearing character from the very beginning.  I loved how the story was told partly through her going through her journals from her teenage years.  I really liked Ryle and his family also, and was quite disappointed to find out what a jerk he was.  But, I also really liked how that storyline developed into a better story in the end.  And Atlas---man I like him! He's such an amazing man and the perfect compliment to Lilly's character.  Great story!
