Amazing read, I loved it. Big, heavy themes dealt with in a light, sweet way. Maybe not entirely realistic but it made for an engaging, entertaining book that left me feeling good.

I wasn't expecting this book to be so heavy! I assumed early on that Christine and Brenna had passed, but I was guessing it would be in some sort of accident. I'm not sure if I've ever read something that was so cozy and comforting but also so shockingly heart breaking at the same time. The ending was happy, but definitely left me with tears in my eyes.

This was very realistic. It has a redemptive arc. The people are real, honest, touched by the hardships of life. Two ships passing in the night, but in the passing they are made better for it. Touching. Raw. Real. Again- realistic. Glad I read it even though it wasn’t the ending I wanted
