I struggled with this. I wanted to like it, but I didn’t have enough to hang on to. There was a lot going on, and it was quite hard to follow, especially cos I didn’t really like most of the characters.  

Having said that, the premise was really interesting, the cultural and political backdrop was really powerful too.
