Jaymin eve and Leia stone both have that heroine that is basically the strongest thing since undiluted diamonds... any Thing or person that is mentioned that is strong and all powerful a few chapters later... we discover that its actually the heroine but she never knew it.......

I need to be in the right mood for these type of reads.....

This book was to short. I thought the book was well written and I loved the way the story continued but I was left feeling very disappointed by how quickly I finished the book. I am not a fan of putting out multiple books that drag out a story line.

Thankfully this book continues right off of book one that left us on a huge cliffhanger.

Demi is alone and captured by the vampires which are the number one enemy right now.

Like I said in my review from book one, the series so far has my attention 100%. I cannot stop reading. The drama that unfolds and the way the author writes has me just reading chapter after chapter without even taking a breath or a break.

Demi and her wolf are desperately trying to learn to work together however she’s constantly being cuffed and it makes her extremely vulnerable when she cannot use any of her powers.

Being stuck in enemy territory is terrifying and Demi learns to navigate this new world alone and also meeting unlikely friends that help her find home.

There’s also part of the book where her history completely unfolds and it’s definitely a twist and explains so much about Demi. I cannot wait to see more of her past unfold and how it’s going to contribute to her future.

The next half of the book is her reuniting with Sawyer and for being such a bad ass, he is so in love with Demi and one of the sweetest and best book boyfriends I’ve ever read about. The romance and the spice definitely gets kicked up a notch because obviously they end up becoming mates.

With Demi and her split wolf becoming more known, it’s creating more enemies for her. Everyone wants this powerful bull shifter and this bug definitely leaves off on another shocking cliffhanger and it’s quite heartbreaking. But we have vampires and witches that we need to take care of and I cannot wait for book 3!

Book one was a 3 star for me and this one was just annoying.
First of all she comes off younger than 20 she reads like a 15 year old girl would act. In this book Demi comes off weak and needs saving, along with Sawyers constant reassurance which is just ugh. This book had potential but fell short and the dialogue between Sawyer and Demi when she was taking (again lol) was irritating to read, I think if he would have been more reassuring then "Demi, I am so sorry blah, blah, blah" then it would have been better. When you like the side characters better than the MC that tells you the writer didn't build her characters well enough.

i was expecting more of character development from sawyer but… oh gosh he really needed to have more trust in demi!!! there is a war and she was finding a way! then sawyer doesn’t want her to execute her plan???? then what risk all of their people?
damnnn, i hope sawyer can redeem himself on the 3rd book or else i’m shipping demi with arrow

I've had my eye on Wolf Girl since I saw the cover reveal ages ago. I've been eagerly waiting for what felt like forever for it to come out. Demi's parents have been banished from Wolf City so all she knows is life living with her parents her wolf cuffed. She's never known the thrill of being able to shift like other shifters her own age. Demi's life is pretty awful until she has a chance encounter with the blue eyed Sawyer who happened to be visiting. Little did she know that this chance meeting would change her life forever.

Whisked away to Wolf City as all females must be present as the future alpha picks his mate. She get's her first real taste of how the werewolves really live. She has her cuffs removed and will now have the chance to shift like everyone else. Only she's not like the other wolves she's different but being different isn't always a good thing. As the mating process continues she finds herself falling for Sawyer as he dates all 50 girls and then narrows it down to 20 girls. Will she survive her very own werewolf bachelor? What about the secrets that are lurking just below the surface? Or the fact that someone is hunting her?

I devoured Wolf Girl in a few short hours it was impossible to put down. I couldn't wait to learn more about Demi and see her relationship unfold with Sawyer. I admit I'm a huge bachelor & bachelorette fan so the appeal right off the bat was there. I love Demi so much she's quickly become one of my favorite characters of all time. I love her personality, she's so easy to relate with plus I love the author has given her a real Instagram account. That made me smile as I had to follow. I love the relationship's that Demi has with Sage her new best friend in Wolf City, and the chemistry with Sawyer I found it sweet.

The author is a wonderful story teller she's created a beautiful captivating story that left me dying to get my hands on the next one. This isn't my first book by the author so I had some high exceptions and she exceed them by leaps and bounds with Wolf Girl. Add in the creative instagram accounts for Demi and Sawyer I think she nailed this one. Highly recommend if you love shifter romance with a story that keeps the readers on the edge of our seat. I admit we have a cliffhanger that still has me reeling but at least the wait for book 2 isn't to far away. This may be my new favorite series, and already can see a re-read in my future.
