I enjoyed the mixed formats for different chapters but this was hard to follow most of the time as it jumped around to different timelines a lot. I also don’t know if it’s because the author is British but I also felt like some of these situations/comparison went over my head.

Ms Dolly Alderton is single-handedly soothing my breakup blues

I loved listening to this book. It got better and better with each chapter. It’s beautiful to see how dolly was able to honestly illustrate the complex world of a woman in her 20s. Her stories were somehow funny, inspiring, and tragic…sometimes all at once!

She walks you through 10 years of her very own life lessons and the ups and downs of relationships, both with friends and romantic partners.

Such a great audiobook because her British accent makes it that much better! Highly recommend this to any young woman :)

Some parts were 6/5 stars. She captured feelings I’ve never heard anyone else talk about. I cried twice.

Other parts were preachy or gimmicky and not my vibe at all.  It was very hit or miss chapter to chapter
