This was pretty good. It was definitely catered towards newer menstruators, and I am not that at all.
However, that being said, sometimes the sections were all about the horrors of menstruating, and being that it was catered towards newbies, that was a little iffy.
There was also a line claiming you cannot be a feminist and not support free bleeding. Free bleeding in public by your own choice is a gross thing to do and affects other people, not just yourself.
I do not feel like I learned anything, but many aspects were explained to me in different ways and I enjoyed that.
