Was very good, but I think it would mean more to me if I had read it for the first time when I was a kid

Why did I cry at then end? It’s not that serious isn’t it? It is somehow.

I found this tiny little book mesmerising and extremely beautiful. Words cannot describe how I felt reading it, as I don’t usually read such books. This was new and exceptionally magnificent.

“Grown-ups find it hard to understand anything on their own, and it is tiring for children to always have to explain things to them.

As small as this book is, there’s a lot of beautifully said things which really need digging deeper.

“And when you start to feel better, you will be happy that you knew me. You will always be a friend to me. You will want to laugh with me. And sometimes you will open your window and laugh. And your friends, surprised to see you laughing at the sky, will think you are mad! You will say to them,”

I’m a little dramatic but this was undoubtedly one of the most heart shattering things I’ve read.

The Little Prince is a sweet treasure of a book, full of meaningful metaphors. I read The Little Prince in high school, but it resonates and hits a different chord now as an adult.

The Little Prince tamed my heart, and the ending was a heart-breaking / heart-warming moment.
