maybe this was just hitting me at the exact right time of my life but this whole book was exactly what I needed to hear right now. there’s an abundance of love in everyone’s life if they know where to look <3

I wouldn’t recommend this book to everyone.

It does have some chapters that are incredibly beautiful and leave you with a heart full of love. This book is also funny and you can learn some tips mainly about relationships with men.

However if you’re not British or familiar with their slang/culture/famous people, many parts of the book will be impossible to understand without google.
She often mentions famous people like ‘he is the john derrick to my bob Stewart’ (I just invented those names but you get the idea).
This pretty much ruined the experience TO ME.

I did love all the love she had for her friendships with women. I hope to one day be able to find that long lasting friendships.

Overall a good read but I disconnected often.

I couldn’t get into the story because I don’t relate to a lot what the writer is saying. Maybe in a few years I will understand.
