This book is a perfect example why I hate love triangle. I have read couple of Ella Field’s books and I can assure you she can write angst finely, where you cry and sob.
The only problem is, most of her book deals with cheating. I always try to avoid cheating trope as much as i can but her writing is addicting so I kept coming back. But this one, is my solid reminder to never ever lured reading into love triangle trope ever again. Because it is so prone to cheating.
This book has so many red flags for me:
-stupid, inconsistent heroine.
-not cheating but feels like cheating trope
-asshole hero (scratch that, he is no hero)
-love triangle duh.
-unprotected sex. Girl, come one!
-very toxic boyfriend

God my first standalone from this author and again I’m stimmend by Thus Story.
This story contains a loot of love combined with passion in music. I really loved the way music was involeved in this serious love story. My heart ached fir each of the characters while reading. But I also laughed with them.
There wasn’t a moment I had Knoem what will happen next to our heroine.
While reading we had seen a lot of different feelings the positive ones and the negative ones
Ella wrote a story that stayed in my mind while I hadn’t to time read because live was happening.
From page one I felt the chemistry between the heroine and the first hero.
I really loved the way the book talked about a few themes that are tabu in our society but are really here! So it's important to talk about this themes.
Sometimes i really wasn't able to see how she'll end up with or if there could be happy end for her with one of this boys.
It was hard to see all those little plotwits coming and sometimes i was like what should happen now.
Stevie was a young intelligent Women who tries everything to be a happy young girl. She is a girl who works hard. The young girl is good listener. But she has also a lot of humor.
Our hero was a broken guy he's got a talent for music. Even he is not big in words in the rest of his live. He does only what he want's and things that he needs.
All in all we saw that we have an intense story. I really cried while read this book and was eager to now what's coming next. Well constructed story and so may feelings. This gets Five stars from me.

"He's so broken and lost, and I can’t figure out how or where I fit among those cracks.”
I really enjoyed this! I’m not usually a big fan of love triangles - and I’ll be honest, for a minute I thought this was going to upset me the way most love triangles do. However, I didn’t end up disappointed with the ending here and I genuinely felt for Stevie as she grappled with her feelings for both men, and I felt for both men as the relationships developed and Stevie was forced to make her choice. This was quick and emotional so if you like that, I’d recommend this to you.
Two loves but only one can last forever.
First love is powerful. I found myself hating and loving Everett multiple times. I found myself unsure of Aiden multiple times. I found myself wishing Stevie would just pick one already while understanding exactly why she couldn't.
There's a whole lot of angst and I'm actually #teamtheguyshedidntchose but I still enjoyed this one.

I'm not sure if I finished this book or this book finished me. But what a ride.
