Incredibly helpful for someone who just isn't a Normal Clean Person (it's me, the slob). Easily adaptable to days where mental health makes you feel like nothing is ever gonna get done or be good again.

There are some good tips here even though this book seems to be written with more neurotypical folks in mind. I do appreciate the author’s nonjudgmental approach. And I’m going to try and take the bits that seem more suited to me and make them work.

I loved this book. Dana White thinks like I think. I get myself in bigger messes organizing!!

This book saved my life!!!!! I have been struggling with keeping my house clean and organized since I was a teenager trying to keep my room together. I have been married for five years and our house has been a horrible disaster for all of them. I tried everything. I read other books, I tried phone apps, I tried print outs, everything under the sun to help me create a cleaning schedule and stick to it and nothing worked. Then I read this book. The way Dana writes must have just clicked with me somehow. Everything suddenly made sense. Like the blinders were taken off my eyes. After reading this book and practicing what’s inside it has been one year and my house IS STILL CLEAN!!! I have recommended this book to all of my friends, have given it as a present at bridal showers, even lent out my own personal copy a few times. Everyone with ADHD needs to read this book!!
