Pretty neat story, executed well. I think it was probably a lot more novel when it was published.

Found this hidden on a shelf at my local shop, and kinda glad I picked it up.
It's funny, and hopefully, and nostalgic.
100% have been a bit on an ass, much like the characters, and needed to make up for it. So very relatable, especially as someone in their late 20s, looking back at highschool.

Great dialogue. Clear illustrations. Characters that sound like they might come out of a Seinfeld episode. They’re not bad people, but they’re not great people either. Story resolves like a Seinfeld episode as well, with no clear lesson, but hinting strongly to something more than Sienfeld might.

I love graphic memoirs, and this is a great moment in time, with flashbacks showing how much small things can stick with you through the years.

Honestly, it was not revolutionary, it was kinda dull. I guess real life can be like that.

A young man is thrust into memories dripping with conflict and guilt when he sees a girl he knew in high school; meanwhile, one of his friends searches for the stalker who's been sending mail to her house addressed to a previous tenant.
I love Kim's art style and his expert depiction of character expressions!
Story was alright. I was more interested in Nancy's investigation, which left me wondering what was going to happen next.

Gah. Nearing 24, about to graduate with my Master's but with nothing else to show for being an "adult" while all my old high school acquaintances have already progressed with their lives/jobs/families/homes/etc., this graphic novel accentuated all of the jealous feelings I've been having for the last 2 years.
