Iโve been loving YA Romantasy lately, and this was another fantastic one! The Rose Bargain is a really fun story with Bridgerton vibes, a marriage competition, fae secrets, and a delectable love triangle. Even though this is YA, some of the bargains are pretty gruesome, giving the story a dark, high-stakes feel. The very minor issues I had with this book were mostly just a couple of small inconsistencies, but otherwise it was throughly entertaining and I canโt wait for book two after that ending!

Well, if you're looking for a book to get you out of a reading slump: this is it. I thought this was going to be a mix between Bridgerton and any fae book, but it was more The Cruel Prince meets the Hunger Games.
I liked the interactions between the six girls most, because that is what the world needs, female solidarity.
But the romance, the intrigue, the mystery and the inevitable plottwist: it was all good. I really, really liked this book, and didn't even expect it.
