I've read this in like November last year and i just realized i never posted my review for it?? so um apologies!

N E WAYS!!! heres the review i wrote after finishing the book!!

HANNAH COWAN DOES IT AGAIN!! Tbh i read the first two books of this series and a bit of Vital Blindside while they were still on wattpad and i fell in love with the universe. frankly after i read Lucky Hit i couldn't stop recommending it to my best friend as we were both going through our sports romance eras. we never left. but this isnt about lucky hit,,,, its about Blissful Hook and the amazing story of Gracie and Tyler, Hannah so incredibly told,, of course with the right amounts of spice...

the story follows Gracie Hutton, Oakley's sister, and Tyler Bateman, Oakley's best friend, and every obstacle they faced in their relationship and the years prior. This book is written in such a beautiful way i can't even describe it.

its definitely a book that made me forget i was reading!!

This book had me swooning! I love a good sports romance and this delivers so well. This book is really well written and gave me all the feels. It’s part of an interwoven series, Gracie is Oakleys sister (book 1). If you enjoy romance with a side of angst then you’ll love this.

bonus points for the cover

Going into this, I was super excited to read Gracie & Tyler’s story, especially after Between Periods, however, I was a bit let down. Their story felt rushed and a bit discombobulated at times, and I found myself confused more than once. The progression of their relationship didn’t make sense, and Gracie came across as a girl obsessed with her crush to the point where it was a bit creepy in the beginning.

Also - who is Brooks? He was suddenly being mentioned towards the end and I realized I had no idea who he was, but it was written as if I should know who he is? I’m not sure if I missed something or maybe wasn’t paying enough attention earlier in the story, but I was confused as to why he was suddenly important.
