i might be rating this high because I love these characters with all my heart but I’m so happy they got the spotlight and my only complaint is that the pacing is a little slow but it does that to make room for character development.

i rlly wanted to like this but i couldnt. The characterizarion of both nico and will is done so poorly, the pacing is off, there are so many inconsistencies and contradictions to the series itself and to the timeline its crazy. Plus the message is beat over my head on every page it seems like. Let we get it they have to accept all parts of themselves WE GET IT. And hated beinf reminded EVERY SINGLE CHAPTER that my beloved jason is dead. WE GET IT GODDAMN. Pissed me tf off. The few good moments were not enough to outweigh the bad . I will NEVER be over the fact that canonically now nico and wills first kiss was the day jason died. That is HORRIBLE. This book is not it bro nico wouldn’t have millienal humor. Grrrrrr
