Catching up with old friends.

That’s what it felt like while reading this book. The relationships were both fun and heartbreaking, but that’s why we’re reading these! I do wish the sex wasn’t So raw...old prude issues.

This is the second book in the St. James series. This book follows the journey of Cat and Hank. I thoroughly enjoyed this book just as much as the first one!

Two years prior, Cat and Hank share a night together that ends with sweet kisses! The next day, Cat chooses another man over him. This man turns out to be a horrible and violent person. She finally gets him out of her life and then her life throws her a curve ball.

Hank, after all this time is still attracted to Cat. Things really start to change one day after he delivers a special made table to Cat’s best friend. Cat see’s a new life ahead of her, and makes it her mission to start a business with Hank. Will this actually work out between the two of them?

I really loved the dual POV in this book. We got to see things from both Cat and Hank’s POV. This book was so cute, and filled with so much romance. Jamie Beck does it again, I would highly recommend this series! I can’t wait to see what’s next!
