I read this comic first in Tumblr back in highschool back when Ngozi was still creating it, and it still holds up! So cute, and as someone who loves baking, I love Bitty as a character so much. A very enjoyable reread. On to book 2!

Definitely get the hype for this; it just wasn’t for me.

The episodic format probably worked a lot better when it was a serialized web comic. But for as a complete graphic novel both story and pacing became very choppy.
I might have liked it more if I spaced it out, and didn’t read it all in just two sittings. Or the tweets could’ve been placed throughout to create natural pauses, instead of being slapped at the end where they became too monotonous to be funny.

Still, a very solid graphic novel with some very cute art and characters.
(I still couldn't care less about hockey tho ¯\_(ツ)_/¯)

I loved this book! This is fricken adorable. I think this is my first time reading a graphic novel, and while I’m not entirely convinced that I love the format, I do love the boys on this college hockey team! This is a lovely little collection of sweet moments had by nice hockey boys. And sometimes, that is really all I am looking for! Absolute brain candy, good vibes only.

This book was gifted to me as a parting present from the boy who taught me I deserved to be loved. You will always be in my heart.

i remember reading this as a webcomic (?) back on tumblr in like 2015 and waiting for each update, but this is my first time actually reading the novelization and i loved it just as much now as i did then!! vv excited to get my hands on vol. 2 soon!

This is my 2nd (or probably 3rd or 4th) time reading through Bitty’s first two years in college, and it’s just as great as the first time, plus I loved the extras I didn’t see the first time around. I’ve followed this as a webcomic and I’m so so happy to finally have a professional copy of all the Samwell Hockey adventures, I just love all of these boys so much!

Read for Muggle studies O.W.L

I love this, not sure I can wait for book 2 so back to the webcomic it is.
